All answers, by topic
- What do I need to qualify?
- For most products you need 6 months in business and $5,000 or more in monthly deposits. Checking your options never affects your credit. For anything specific to your business, an underwriter can walk you through it.
- How much monthly revenue do I need?
- Most products start at $5,000 a month in business bank deposits, measured over your last four months of statements. Lines of credit and larger term loans start a bit higher.
- How long do I need to have been in business?
- Most products need 6 months in business. Newer businesses with strong deposits can still qualify for an advance; an underwriter can tell you quickly.
- What credit score do I need, and do you check my credit?
- We work with scores as low as 500 on some products. Bank deposits matter far more to us than your score. Applying involves no credit check; we run a soft inquiry only when you first accept an offer, and never a hard pull.
- What documents do I need to apply?
- Four months of business bank statements. If you already have advances open, we also ask for the payoff balances. No tax returns or business plan.
- Can I qualify if a bank already declined me?
- Very likely. 8 out of 10 clients who were declined by a bank get funded with us, because we underwrite on cash flow rather than collateral or a credit cutoff.
- How does a merchant cash advance compare to a term loan?
- A merchant cash advance is repaid as a small percentage of daily sales, so payments rise and fall with revenue and funding is fast. A term loan has fixed monthly payments over a set number of months and usually costs less if your cash flow is steady.
